PRODUCT / 010 / DAMPING SYSTEMS DRAWING № DWF-CS-010 / REV. A / 2026-03 MATERIAL ELASTOMER-METAL LAMINATE

Control Spring.

Control springs built on industrial elastomer to damp vibration and shock. A rubber-and-metal laminate lets the spring rate (K) be tuned, absorbing energy across a wide band under both static and dynamic load.

Types

/ 01 Support / 02 Bond / 03 PTFE ↓ LOAD → SLIDE
/ 01

Soft — K 50 N/mm— soft damping

50N/MM · SOFT

A low spring rate, suited to fine vibration and low-frequency damping. Shore A 50, NR based.

/ 02

Medium — K 500 N/mm— standard damping

500N/MM · MEDIUM

The standard build for industrial machinery and anti-vibration mounts. Shore A 60, CR based, across a wide load range.

/ 03

Firm — K 2000 N/mm— stiff, for impact

2000N/MM · FIRM
The stiff build, for press cushioning and absorbing heavy impact.
  • Shore A 75Hard, with creep held to a minimum.
  • Multi-shimExtra metal shims raise K.
  • EPDM baseGood weather and heat resistance, −40 to +120 °C.
— Applications

Applications

/ MACHINERY

Industrial Machinery

Anti-vibration mounts under machine tools, compressors and generators, with K tuned to hold accuracy and cut noise.

/ PRESS

Press Buffer

Cushioning for press dies and heavy plant. The stiff build absorbs repeated load and protects the structure.

/ VIBRATION

Vibration Isolation

Isolating precision instruments, electronics and pumps, where low-frequency damping keeps things settled.
