Chemical Pump Parts
Impellers, seals and liners that take both wear and heat in strong acid, strong alkali and solvent service.
A composite with graphite added to improve PTFE's wear rate, thermal conductivity and thermal expansion. Friction stays low while wear resistance, heat transfer and creep resistance improve markedly — a grade suited to sliding bearings, valves and chemical pump components.

The table below describes a standard SKU. Every line is made to order against your drawing, load case and friction requirement. Ask us about special temperature or chemical duty.

Unfilled PTFE. Lowest friction (μ 0.04) and the best chemical stability. Suits static, lightly loaded and sealing duty.
Keeps the friction behaviour while improving wear resistance. Mostly used for valve seats, slow sliding bearings and chemical pump parts.
Impellers, seals and liners that take both wear and heat in strong acid, strong alkali and solvent service.
Low and medium speed rotating or reciprocating parts that must run unlubricated, using the self-lubricating behaviour of graphite.
Seat rings for ball and gate valves where creep and wear resistance matter, at high pressure and temperature.
