HVAC Ducting
Stops condensation on cooling and chilled water lines while holding down heat loss and noise.
Insulators for industrial and building pipework, made for thermal insulation, condensation control and noise reduction. Supplied in elastomeric foam, PU foam or silicone foam, in a range of materials and thicknesses, sized to the pipe outside diameter.

The table below describes a standard SKU. Every line is made to order against your drawing, pipe size and service conditions. Ask us about special temperature or chemical duty.
| Property | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Pipe Outer Diameter (OD) | Per drawing | Based on pipe outside diameter · standard sizes stocked |
| Insulation Thickness (t) | Per drawing | 9 / 13 / 19 / 25 / 32 / 50 mm standard |
| Standard Length (L) | Per drawing | 2 m straight lengths standard · rolls on request |
| Base Material | Per drawing | NBR or EPDM based (PU and silicone optional) |
| Density | Per drawing | Closed-cell structure |
| Thermal Conductivity (λ) | Per drawing | @ +20°C · KS L 9016 |
| Water Vapor Resistance (μ) | Per drawing | Condensation control · moisture resistance |
| Operating Temperature | Per drawing | For the standard elastomeric grade |
| High-temp Option | Per drawing | Silicone foam · suits steam lines |
| Fire Rating | Per drawing | EN 13501-1 · self-extinguishing |
| Assembly | Per drawing | Sealed with a self-adhesive strip · no tools needed |
| Outer Jacket (opt.) | Per drawing | Separate jacket for outdoor and mechanical protection |
| General Tolerance | Per drawing | Where not otherwise specified |
An aluminium, PVC or GRP jacket can be added where the run is outdoors or exposed to knocks, UV or fire.
A self-adhesive strip is applied along the factory-formed slit, so the insulator snaps onto the pipe and seals without tools.
Stops condensation on cooling and chilled water lines while holding down heat loss and noise.
Insulates process pipe and steam lines, slows fire spread and keeps hot surfaces safe to work around.
The usual answer for building water, hot water and fire lines: freeze protection, lower energy loss and less condensation.
