Chemical & Semiconductor
Tube, valve seats and lining for corrosive fluids, ultrapure water and etchants. Broad chemical resistance keeps contamination down.
A full line built on what PTFE does well — low friction, chemical resistance and a wide temperature range. Supplied as rod, tube, sheet and machined parts, across virgin, modified and filled grades, for demanding conditions in chemical, medical, semiconductor and food work.

The base properties of PTFE itself, together with standard sizes for the four forms we produce. Grade, size and shape are all made to your specification.

Moulded, sintered, then turned on a CNC lathe. Stock for valves, seals and mechanical parts, in virgin, modified and filled grades.
Carries corrosive fluids on chemical, medical and semiconductor lines. Ram-extruded or skived, and available spooled.
Stock for gaskets, seals and lining. Moulded or skived, in filled grades, with cutting to size included.
Valve seats, bushings, bellows and rings cut on CNC. Quoted from your drawing, in quantities from a few pieces to production.
Tube, valve seats and lining for corrosive fluids, ultrapure water and etchants. Broad chemical resistance keeps contamination down.
Medical device connectors and catheters, gaskets and lining on food lines. Non-absorbent and non-reactive, so hygiene standards are met.
High-voltage insulators, cable insulation and circuit board spacers. Dielectric strength of 60 kV/mm holds up in service.
