Thermal Stack
High-temperature, high-purity silicone pads fitted into hot plates, chucks and bonding stages on wafer processing equipment.
A line of silicone rubber pads for high and low temperature, chemical exposure and electrical insulation. Service from −60 to +250 °C, strong dielectric performance, with food and medical grades available. Used in semiconductor thermal stacks, medical devices, electronic insulation and high-temperature sealing.

The table below describes a standard SKU. Every line is made to order against your drawing, load case and service conditions. Ask us about special temperature or chemical duty.

The general industrial grade, from room temperature to +200 °C. Used for cushioning, sealing, electrical insulation and vibration damping.
Meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and USP Class VI. For seals and pads in direct contact service — food processing, medical devices and bioreactors.
High-temperature, high-purity silicone pads fitted into hot plates, chucks and bonding stages on wafer processing equipment.
FDA and USP Class VI grades for surfaces in direct contact on medical devices and food processing equipment.
Dielectric strength around 20 kV/mm makes it a high-voltage insulating spacer in switchgear, transformers and EV battery packs.
