Roller Covering
Urethane lining on rollers in paper, steel, printing and logistics, with wear, impact and coefficient of friction closely controlled.
Industrial pads and sheet in polyurethane. Hardness anywhere from Shore A 60 to 95, with strong abrasion, impact and oil resistance. Used on roller covers, conveyors and impact pads — anywhere wear and shock repeat.

The table below describes a standard SKU. Every line is made to order against your drawing, load case and friction requirement. Ask us about special temperature or chemical duty.

| Corner Radius | Per drawing | Standard · square corners available |
The softest grade. Best for absorbing drop and strike energy and damping vibration. Used as impact pads and cushioning.
The most widely used grade, balancing wear resistance against flexibility. Conveyor pads, liners and general industrial covering.
Urethane lining on rollers in paper, steel, printing and logistics, with wear, impact and coefficient of friction closely controlled.
Urethane pads and liners that stop slip and cut noise on belt and chain conveyors.
Cushioning pads that take up energy where impact repeats — cranes, presses and drop points.
